1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ('Terms') form a binding agreement between Titan Studio AI Ltd, trading as AgentResto ('AgentResto', 'we', 'us') and you, the customer. By creating an account you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent you have the authority to bind that company.
2. The service
AgentResto provides AI-powered marketing and operations agents for independent restaurants. Which agents are available to you depends on the setup we agree and on the availability shown on our site, which we keep current. Additional agents will be added over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use AgentResto only for lawful purposes related to your restaurant's marketing and operations. You must not: use the service to generate misleading content, post content that infringes third-party rights, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or share your account credentials with others.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to content you provide (photos, brand materials, menus). By uploading content, you grant AgentResto a non-exclusive licence to use it to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload - including photographs of dishes, staff, or premises.
5. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, starting at £99/month. Pricing is a flat monthly amount per restaurant - it is not usage-based and there are no metered fees. Fair-use limits are published on our pricing page; if you go consistently beyond them we will talk to you rather than bill you by surprise, and any price change is given 30 days' notice by email. Founding restaurants have their rate locked for 12 months. Cancellation ends billing at the next renewal date - no partial refunds for unused periods. The first month is provided free of charge.
5a. Allergen and dietary information
Allergen and dietary information given to your customers by our agents is generated only from the written allergen matrix that you, the food business operator, supply and confirm. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of that information, as required by UK food law, and for updating it whenever a recipe, supplier or preparation method changes. Our agents will not answer an allergen question about any dish you have not explicitly confirmed - those questions are escalated to you - and every allergen answer asks the guest to confirm with your team on arrival. AgentResto does not verify your allergen data and accepts no liability for information you have provided that is incomplete, out of date or incorrect.
5b. Phone calls
Where you enable our phone agent, it announces at the start of every call that the caller is speaking to an AI assistant, and announces recording where recording is enabled. You are responsible for ensuring that the number you connect is yours to connect and that call handling meets any obligations specific to your business. The agent does not take payments over the phone.
6. AI-generated content
AgentResto generates content using AI. While we aim for high quality, you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. AgentResto accepts no liability for content that is factually incorrect, off-brand, or unsuitable - which is why our 'approve before posting' model exists. You should always review your morning digest.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentResto's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or reputational harm.
8. Intellectual property
AgentResto and its agents, names, logos, and technology are the intellectual property of Titan Studio AI Ltd. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our brand materials without written permission.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, access to the platform ends and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
